Your work involves listening to a customers wish list and matching it to available rental units in our vast database. You then drive your customers to their choices and show them their selections. Once your customer decides on a unit the paperwork process is begun. The real estate rental process tends to move along quite a bit faster than the real estate sales process, therefore commisions usually are paid out far more quickly and regularly in this industry.

You will do well as a leasing agent at RENT HERE REALTY if you are strong in both customer service and sales.

If you have a background in sales, restaurant work, retail or as a Real Estate Agent, this could be a great career move for you.

You will need an insured, clean and presentable vehicle and you must have a clean criminal background.

You are able to work weekends, have an outgoing personality and like to work smart. You are self motivated, hard working, but know how to have fun. You work well on a commission basis.
